Every girl loves desserts and cocktails..... why not combine the two? Well that's exactly what Pinnacle Vodka just did. Pinnacle Vodka is another French made Vodka ( think Grey Goose or Ciroc) and is known for their Pinnacle Whipped Vodka and in case you weren’t already aware, Pinnacle Vodka has nearly 30 crazy infusions to choose from, ranging from blueberry to root beer! In May of 2011 Pinnacle Vodka came out with a new cake flavored vodka... I know what you're thinking... YUM :)  The price for a  750ml bottle is around $13.99 depending on the store.

On their website, Pinnacle Vodka has several recipes for martinis and shooters to try out with their new cake flavored vodka. Here are a few recipes that sounded de-lish to me:

Martinis

Red Velvet Cake 

2 oz. Pinnacle Cake
1 oz. chocolate liqueur
Splash grenadine

Shake with ice and strain
into a chilled martini glass

Caribbean Cream Cake

1 oz. Pinnacle Cake
1 oz. Pinnacle Whipped
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. orange juice

Shake over ice and strain into a
chilled martini glass. Top with a
dollop of whipped cream.

Chocolate Whipped Cake
1 oz. Pinnacle Cake
1 oz. Pinnacle whipped
Splash half & half
Splash chocolate syrup
Shake with ice and strain into
a chilled martini
glass. Garnish with whipped
cream.

Cake Dreamsicle
1 oz. Pinnacle Cake
1 oz. Pinnacle Whipped
2 oz. lemon-lime soda
2 oz. orange juice
Splash grenadine
Mix in a glass filled with ice
and garnish with a cherry.

Shooters

Upside-down Cake
 1 oz. Pinnacle Cake
1 oz. pineapple juice
Shake with ice and
strain into a shot glass.
Top with whipped cream.

Birthday Cake Shot

1 oz. Pinnacle Cake 

1 tsp. dry vanilla cake mix
½ oz. Irish Cream
½ oz. half & half

Shake with ice and strain into a shot
glass. Top with whipped cream and
colored sprinkles.

Chocolate Cake Shooter

1 oz. Pinnacle Cake
1 oz. chocolate liqueur

Shake with ice and strain into a shot
glass. Top with whipped cream.
